Our Activities

Weight Training

From muscle toning to bodybuilding and everything in between, Pure Fitness has the equipment to help you reach your goals. With dumbells up to 50kg’s, massive range of rubberised weight plates, Olympic barbells, and a variety of plate loaded and pin loaded machines. We have everything you need

General Fitness

If your goals are to improve your overall health and wellness, again we have everything you need. We have cardio equipment spanning two floors including stepmills, treadmills, exercise bikes, assault bikes and ellipticals …. We even have a range of SkiErg Machines, come check them out. In addition to cardio equipment, we have stretching areas with yoga mats, light weights, and much more

Functional Training

With 20 meters of turf, sleds, stack-able plyometric boxes, weighted medicine balls, battle ropes, squat racks, and resistance straps. Our functional training areas has all the equipment you need to take your training to the next level!

Tabata Zone

If you ready to reach new heights of fitness, come check out our state of the art Tabatha Zone! Its quite simple - High-intensity interval training using carefully selected equipment during a set period of time, giving you a workout you’ll never forget. Our Tabatha Motto - Don’t Wish For It – WORK FOR IT!

Group Exercise

From morning to evening classes, our certified instructors will provide you with a challenging, yet fun workout! All levels of fitness are welcome. Check out our roster to find a class that meets your needs.

Boxing Workouts

From Pro’s to Novice’s or if you simply want to experience a Boxing workout Pure Fitness is the place. We are proud to have a boxing ring surrounded by spectator podiums, professional punching bags and even speed balls. We have highly skilled boxing coaches that will show the ropes and even provide Self Defences classes for our female members

Personal Training

Your personal health, exercise and wellness coach, who will help you achieve your goals for physical fitness. Our Personal Trainer will plan and supervise your workout regimen, coach you on your form during exercise and track your fitness and performance goals over time.

S’bu Ngema

S’bu Ngema is a certified Group Exercise Instructor with a certificate in Exercise to Music and a national certificate in fitness from Physical IQ. With over six years of experience, S’bu specializes in group exercises, helping clients achieve their fitness goals through strength, conditioning, and toning programs.

Sandile Mamane

I am a fitness guru who loves to keep people fit and healthy. My goal is to help you become the healthiest, happiest version of yourself. I have passion for helping people find the perfect balance between being healthy and living life to the fullest.

Sabata Muhammadi
